At Content Beauty & Wellbeing, we want you to love your conscious beauty purchases; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or tested.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization code.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unopened packaging and securely wrap them to prevent damage during transit, including your order slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Send your parcel using a tracked postal service to our London warehouse; please retain your proof of postage until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
