How To Use

Step 1: Body Brush - Before showering or bathing, dry brush the body in long, upward strokes toward the heart to boost circulation and exfoliate.

Step 2: Firm & Tone Body Oil - After bathing, warm the oil in your hands and massage into areas needing tone - thighs, tummy, or neck - using circular motions toward the heart to encourage absorption and stimulate circulation.

Step 3: Foot Balm - Massage from the top of the foot down to the toes and heel. Apply generously to dry or cracked areas until fully absorbed.

Step 4: Hair Elixir -

• For dry, fine hair: Apply to damp hair before shampooing, leave for 15 minutes, then wash as normal. 
• For coloured, coarse, or curly hair: Massage into dry hair as an overnight mask, comb through, and rinse in the morning.
