Wild Nutrition’s High Strength Omega 3 provides 800mg of EPA and 400mg of DHA.

The quality of the fish is of paramount importance, so they only select the highest quality, small (sardine and anchovy) cold water fish from North Atlantic waters.

As with all their products, Wild Nutrition’s High Strength Omega 3 has gone through a purification process to ensure the removal of contaminants, including PCBs and heavy metals and the oil is extracted by a process called cold-water extraction (not using heat). The capsule shell is made from fish gelatine.

Extracted from the body of the fish, not the liver, this Omega 3 does not contain vitamin A and therefore is safe in pregnancy and lactation. DHA maternal intake during pregnancy and breastfeeding is both safe and recommended, contributing to the normal development of the eyes and brain of the foetus and breastfed infants.

Key active, natural and organic ingredients:

• DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) – research in prenatal nutrition has shown that sufficient DHA intake during pregnancy is vital for the brain and eye development of the growing baby, most especially in the last trimester. It is also important for mood support in mothers to be and mothers post birth as well as general neurological health. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal cardiac function, the maintenance of normal blood glucose concentrations and maintenance of normal blood pressure.

• EPA (Eicosapentoic Acid) – contributes to the maintenance of normal cardiac function, the maintenance of normal blood glucose concentrations and maintenance of normal blood pressure.

The 2:1 ratio of the EPA and DHA was carefully considered to reflect the ratio naturally found in the fish.

How To Use

Adults (4 capsules per day) to be taken with or without food.
