How To Use

Apply alone or on top of your favourite lip colour for a surge of soothing hydration.

Tip: Apply Balmy Gloss over a light layer of Ilia Colour Haze Pigment or Color Block High Impact Lipstick when smudged out with your finger (for a stained effect). Then apply Balmy Gloss overtop to boost moisture, and transform it from a modern matte to a glossy sheen.

Balmy Gloss Tinted Lip Oil can be noticed on the lips for up to 2 hours.
