How To Use
These versatile soaps can be used to wash hair, body, clothes, and even the dishes.
- For everyday body-washing and shampoo.
- For cleaning – dilute from one part soap into 40 parts water for light cleaning, to cutting it in half or using it full strength for heavy-duty grease-cutting jobs.
- For the laundry – use 1/4 cup to 1/3 cup for one regular load; adjust as needed depending on hardness of water. I’ve been told that adding a dash of baking soda makes it even better.

About The Brand
Dr. Bronner’s Magic Soaps have over 5 Generations and 150 Years of Soapmaking experience.
They provide 100% free health care for employees and their families, & yearly bonuses of up to 25% of salary for full-time employees. Dr Bronner also offers their suppliers fair prices, good working conditions, training, loans and community development projects that support small-scale farmers and local economies, as well as implementing crop diversity, organic agriculture and other soil fertility measures for healthy, productive soil.
Dr Bronner has created or partnered with fair trade and organic projects all over the world; Sri Lanka and Samoa for coconut oil, Ghana for palm oil, Palestine and Israel for olive oil, and more. An estimated 10,000 people around the world benefit directly from these fair trade projects.
Dr Bronner uses 100% post-consumer recycled (PCR) polyethylene (PET) plastic bottles for all of their liquid and pump soaps. They’ve been using 100% PCR PET bottles for over 10 years. Recycling one ton of PET containers saves 7.4 cubic yards of landfill space.
For their shipping boxes, they only use 100% PCR corrugate. Switching to cardboard that’s 30% thinner, and have slowly removed 90% of the dividers from inside their cases, meaning they’re able to reuse the cases several times before they lose their rigidity – not only saving materials but reducing greenhouse gas emissions because there is less weight to be shipped.
