The Djusie Acid Bloom is a daily acid toner that takes care of the pH balance of your skin, essential for the maintaining the levels of good bacteria. A daily dose of Acid Bloom keeps your skin hydrated, bright, plump and ‘juicy’.

This essence helps the skin maintain firmness and appear plump. Apple cider vinegar balances the pH and brightens the skin while PHA-acid Gluconolactone hydrates and supports a healthy skin barrier function and is suitable for use on sensitive skin.

Xylitol and betaine help with hydration, while Gotu Kola regenerates, soothes and repairs. Reishi mushroom helps to prevent hyper-pigmentation and calms irritation.

The serum-like texture treats the skin with abundant hydration.

• Gluconolactone – Sourced from Italy, this plant based. polyhydroxy acid (PHA) has similar effects to alpha hydroxy acid or AHA, but as it has larger molecules, ensuring it does not penetrate as deeply into the skin making it suitable for sensitive and even rosacea-prone skin. It removes dead skin cells and moisturises the skin very effectively, smooths fine lines and the skin’s surface, and strengthens the skin’s protective barrier.
• Reishi – Organically sourced from Finland and extracted entirely from fruiting bodies, instead of fungal grains and mycelium, to ensure the beta-glucans and tripertenes are maintained. It contains ganodermanondiol, which inhibits the activity of the tyrosinase enzyme involved in melanin synthesis, as well as the moisturising and soothing beta-glucan. Reishi is suitable for the treatment of pigment spots and scars; for sensitive, dry, and reddened skin; and for the treatment of signs of ageing
• Gotu Kola – Sourced from Madagascar as a pure plant extract that does not contain solvents. This extract has been found to protect the skin from the harmful effects of UV radiation and glycation, prevent inflammation, improve collagen synthesis, firm and strengthen the skin, and increase skin elasticity.
• Apple Cider Vinegar ­– Sourced from Spain, this tonic contains citric and malic acid, which are AHAs. It balances the skin’s pH and bacterial population, effectively moisturises and softens the skin, removes dead skin cells, improves skin elasticity, and protects the skin from free radicals. Apple cider vinegar is suitable for dull, dry and clogged skin, pigment spots, and for the treatment of skin ageing and imbalances.
