How To Use
Take one standard size tablespoon daily. Works well in coffee, tea, smoothies, juice or plain water.
Add it to protein balls, muffins, cookies or soups & stews. Collagen peptides can withstand heat up to 300°C, making them one of the few protein powders good for cooking and baking with.
The 300g pot lasts for 2 months if you take 1 standard size tablespoon (or 3 standard teaspoons) a day.

Pure marine codfish (Gadus morhua) collagen peptides.
The important amino acids glycine, proline and hydroxyproline are the most prevalent in collagen peptides, making up 50 per cent of its total amino acid content – the same amount that’s in human skin.
