Details & Packaging

Refill Packaging – made from a combination of plastic-free and biodegradable materials. The outer layer is paper, the middle is a metallised Natureflex and the inner sealant layer and internal zipper are made from a bio based material called TIPA. These are fully biodegradable (including the internal zipper), so if your council doesn’t accept them in your recycling bin, you can pop them in your general waste and they will decompose.

Bare Biology Life & Soul Pure Omega 3 Fish Oil Mini Capsules contains three ingredients:

• Natural triglyceride-form fish oil from sardines, anchovies and mackerel (smaller fish with fewer contaminants)
• Fish gelatin and glycerol BP to hold it all together (no pork or beef)
• A tiny amount of vitamin E (tocopherol) to naturally preserve.

How To Use

Take 4 capsules a day for excellent levels of EPA & DHA – the same as a tin of sardines!

If you need an extra boost, you can take more capsules a day or try Bare Biology Life & Soul Pure Omega 3 Liquid – one teaspoon of this is the equivalent of 10 capsules.

It’s best to take your capsules with a meal, either all at once or spread throughout the day. Taking Life & Soul Omega 3 Fish Oil Mini Capsules with food helps your body absorb it.

We don’t recommend breaking the capsules open to give to children as it’s a bit fiddly and you’ll waste some of the oil, why not try the Bare Biology Life & Soul Pure Omega 3 Liquid instead.

Life & Soul is safe to take during pregnancy, unlike cod liver oil, it has no vitamin A (which can be harmful during pregnancy)

The pouch will last for one month if you take 4 capsules a day, two months if you take 2 capsules a day.
