How To Use

Shake well before spraying. Spray inside cheek or under tongue for max absorption.

3 sprays contain 4,000IU of D3 and 100ug of K2 – the maximum dose. You can also take one spray for just over 1,300IU of D3.

• 1 spray for children aged 1-10.
• 1-3 sprays from 11 years and up.
• 1 spray if you are pregnant.

Note: You should never supplement K2 if you’re on blood-thinning medication such as warfarin. We advise everyone to take a vitamin D blood test to find out your levels if possible.check with your doctor before taking any supplements if you are on any medications, such as blood thinners, are about to have surgery, have health concerns or conditions.
